Advertising policy

Every brokerage on LenderRoute can read this. It does not change from firm to firm.

• A criteria-fit score, a tier and the approach order are calculated only from the case and the lender criteria. Advert campaigns are not an input.
• Sponsored placements are labelled “Sponsored” and sit outside the result list: dashboard, directory, a results sidebar, a category header, or a PDF footer.
• A test or draft campaign is not shown to brokers.
• The platform owner sets the price, approves, pauses and removes campaigns. A lender can be given a portal login, but cannot publish their own advert or their own criteria without review.
• If there is no approved campaign, the slot says so. It is not filled with a house advert dressed up as a lender.
